What should I do if my account has been deactivated/disabled?

If your ScoiaBatt account was deactivated/disabled, you’ll see a popup message telling you that when you try to log in. Accounts that don’t follow our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use may be disabled without any notice. We suggest that you review the Community Guidelines carefully along with the battles, comments on all accounts you’ve created.

If you think your account was disabled by mistake, you may be able to reach us on our Support Platform or throught our email [email protected].

If your account was completly deleted by you or someone with your password, there’s no way to restore it. You can create a new account with the same email address you used before, but you may not be able to get the same username.
