What if I received an activation email but I didn’t create any SociaBatt account?
This means that someone created an account with your email.
To remove this account:
- Activate the account from the email you received.
- Press on reset your account password and change it from your email
- Open the left drawer and go to settings.
- Go to manage account > Delete account
- Type your password and delete the account.
You can keep your account and customize your profile or you can deactivate it temporarily.
